You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pjli login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time PINs (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must notify pjli immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. pjli will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
pjli is required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity of all players. You agree to submit any KYC documentation requested by pjli, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail KYC verification may be restricted or closed.
The minimum deposit on the pjli Platform is ₱20 (Philippine Pesos). Deposits may be made via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods made available on the Platform from time to time. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name.
All transactions on the pjli Platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). pjli is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences that may be applied by your bank or e-wallet provider.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance checks. pjli aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the Platform. pjli reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraud, or compliance with applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pjli, its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
pjli's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pjli account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
pjli collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the requirements of Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines. By using the pjli Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
pjli will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except as required by law, as necessary to provide the Platform's services (e.g., payment processors, KYC verification providers), or as described in the Privacy Policy.
pjli reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if pjli reasonably believes that you have violated any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by PAGCOR or any other competent authority.
You may close your pjli account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC or compliance checks.
Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to Sections 7, 9, 10, 11, and 13 — shall continue to apply after your account is closed.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the pjli Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Where a dispute relates to PAGCOR licensing or regulatory matters, the relevant PAGCOR dispute resolution procedures shall apply in addition to any judicial remedies available under Philippine law.
pjli may amend these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on the Platform with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, pjli will endeavor to notify registered players via email or in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12 above.
